Minnesota Kind's Winter Retreat on Connor's Lake

I am excited to start the new year with a winter women's retreat focusing on the three R's.

Relaxation, Restoration, & Renewal.

I love planning yoga classes. Planning an entire weekend has been a treat.

We are offering ALL of my favorite things- French and Italian meals, wine tastings, relaxing somatic yoga, guided meditation, and an optional professional massage.

I'm also looking forward to good talks with new friends in front of a fire in the fireplace, curling up to sleep in a cozy log cabin, and waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and tea before morning meditation.

I'd love to have you join us.

The retreat is January 25th to 27th on Connor's lake, north of Bigfork MN. The cost is $250 per person and includes accommodation, meals, wine tastings, and classes.

Contact Sandra Melby for more information & to reserve your space, or book directly on www.minnesotakind.net under the 'shop' icon.

Our Menu for the weekend includes fresh salads, lemon crepes, lasagna, chicken with capers & creamy herbs de provence sauce, and a zuppa toscana soup you will never forget.

Our wine tasting includes 4 whites on Friday (a riesling, a sauvignon blanc, a pinot grigio, & a chardonnay) and 4 reds on Saturday (a zinfandel, a pinot noir, a merlot, and a cabernet sauvignon).

Don't know anything about wine? I've got you! You will walk away with the knowledge to order fearlessly from here on out. Already a wine snob? Come sit by me! We will put our pallets to the test.

Our classes for the weekend include 2 morning meditations, 4 gentle and relaxing somatic yoga classes (accessible to every body) and an optional lecture on ayurvedic self care with oil mixing for abhyanga.

Does this sound too 'fancy shcmancy' for you? Well wait until you hear the dress code: sweatpants and pajamas. Warm sweaters and winter boots. We are escaping to a log cabin in the northwoods- come exactly as you are. No fancy. No Schmancy. Just good food, good wine, and great yoga.

We are keeping the retreat small and intimate, to encourage space to relax and make real connections, so space is limited.

I hope you are having a wonderful 2019 so far, and that I see you soon,

Namaste!
